This is not a Cross Party Working Group on Refugees. The Coalition is not formally involved in any way.
If the Labor Party wants a solution to the influx of asylum seekers, you know what it is Mark Bishop was brave enough to own up to it on the weekend bring back Temporary Protection Visas and in so doing remove the sugar from the table that gives the people smugglers a product to sell.
All the sitting around talking is just faffing about, hand wringing and achieving nothing.
